- Open Collections, Dues tab. Flats are sorted by the amount owed, with ageing: 0 to 30, 31 to 60 and 61 days or more.
- Press Send reminders (Standard and Pro plans). FlatWise sends the step that is due: before the due date, on it, then 7, 15 and 30 days late.
- Each person is texted once per step, in their own language.
- Open Messages to see every SMS that was sent, to whom and whether it was delivered or failed.
- Use the Export button to download the dues list as a CSV for a committee meeting.
Tips
Each SMS uses one credit. If credits run out the message shows as failed, so top up first.
Reminders are polite by design. The last one asks the person to contact the committee.
