Steps
Open the tenant's case once it is Ready for police.
Press Print DMP pack. The pack has sections A to G: flat and building, owner, tenant, family members, emergency contact and reference, documents attached, and tenancy terms.
Print it. It has places for the tenant's signature, the owner's signature and the building office stamp.
Sign, stamp and hand the pack to the police yourself.
Back in FlatWise press Record submission to police and enter the reference number and date. When you get the receipt, press Record police receipt and enter its number. The case is Complete.
Tips
The pack contains a National ID number. Keep the printed copy safe.
Rules differ by area. Ask your local police station what they need in addition.
